Charlene R. Thomas, MHA
President & Owner
Charlene holds a Master's Degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
She has extensive experience in strategic planning, contract negotiations, business development, business operations and financial management.
Charlene and her family have resided in Asheville for more than thirty years. She has a depth of knowledge and experience working with healthcare providers throughout Western North Carolina.
Charlene enjoys spending her free time with her husband and seven very special grandchildren. She is the proud mom to Victoria, our office mascot.
Nancy H. Robinson
Consultant
Nancy has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and began her career in physician office billing and management.
She is a dedicated consultant with 30+ years experience in healthcare related projects, credentialing, marketing & public relations, and conference & event planning.
Nancy is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in budgeting, accounting, grant writing and marketing.
Nancy is mom to a beautiful daughter and enjoys ballroom dancing, gardening and her dogs.
Danielle W. Willis
Consultant
Danielle has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and began her career in healthcare marketing. She has over 20 years experience in executing marketing plans, provider credentialing, public relations, physician recruitment, completing healthcare projects for our clients, conference and event planning.
Danielle has strengths in tackling the smallest details, making creative marketing plans, organizing everything and everyone. She is always mindful of client budgets with the goal of cost savings.
Danielle is mom to two boys. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, hiking and running.
Kelly Hutchens-Dale
Consultant
Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University with over 30+ years experience in business accounting and business management.
Her strengths include budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. She strives to ensure a return on investment that will meet each client's goals. Kelly has worked with various organizations including non-profits.
Kelly is married to a local CPA. Kelly is a huge Appalachian State University football fan.
Victoria Thomas
Our Mascot
Miss Victoria, a one year old King Charles Cavilier, is a unique member of our team. She loves to takes naps on her personal sofa or laps during conference calls, meetings and just in general. Miss Victoria is friendly to all and a delight to those who visit us.
